hello - How accurate is the shipping time. Need shirts by Nov 20 if I order today would I get them in time

Yes, that should not be a problem at all. My shirts arrived in less than one week with regular shipping.

I went for the air delivery paid extra for birthday present but items were on sale so it balanced the purchase arrived on day 8 ordered on a holiday weekend and arrived on time

Not even close to being accurate at all. It said 5 to 10 business days and it has been 21 days. Still have not received my order and the order has not even been shipped yet. They make up an excuse that is identical two other people's issues with their orders not being shipped so this is a pattern it happens all the time
