OMG! I bought 8 shirts from their website 4 days ago;( Please tell me atleast one of the items you received was good. This is so depressing... I wish i read your reviews before ordering

I received my shipment in about 3 1/2 weeks, but what I received looked nothing like what I ordered and the sleeves were not sewn to the bodice of the dress. You might eventually get your order, but you'll be lucky if you like what you receive and forget about refunds if you don't. This company is a complete and unashamed rip off.

Unfortunately, I wish I could too warn everyone about this crooked company...
You will be receiving your order, but you will need to wait at least three to four weeks. The real problem is you will not like what you bought and the sad part is there is nothing that you will be able to do. Returning them, good luck, you will be charged so much for the shipping then tax and the chance of getting the refund is practically zero... That was my costly mistake... and I can see that I am unfortunately the only victim here.

You can't track the package, even if you return it, it never lets you know it really arrived. It goes thru customs because it is from China, so it takes a long time before you get it... it took mine to arrive 5 weeks later. The clothes are quite small and some are so awful in smell, like pesticide. So you just got to wonder. They are all over the web in different names so Tbdress is only one name for this company, there are many more. Be wary, I will never again go thru this again.

Good luck and prepare yourself for the worst order you've made online in your entire life. Yes this is a chinese company, mostly workers are slaves they don't get paid. In future check any online website on tjis site to see if they are a scam or not ( www.scamadviser.com) just type the name of the site and they'll provide you with all their details if its safe or not to deal with them.

I got the feeling they were a Chinese company with just one customer service girl. I tried to cancel my order within the 12 hours but because they take so long to answer emails the 12 hours had run out but this confused them so they stopped my order and wouldn't refund me. I did eventually get my order but took a long time and it wasn't like the picture but I wouldn't dare send it back. They should warn people on their website that their knowledge of English is very limited and basically the whole company is dreadful with virtually no customer service. I've tried to put as many bad reviews online as I can to try and deter others from ordering. They should be shut down

It took me 3 weeks and a lot of emails to get my stuff and eventually they all arrived (albeit separately). They were actually pretty good with me. Tell them you'll report them if they don't start answering your questions. Plus, I had to order a large size as their stuff is SO small.

No joke, you're SOL. They are easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I could warm everyone in the world or get them shut down. I didn't like the dress I got cause frankly it looked nothing like the picture and didn't fit, it was a box on me. I wanted a refund and had to file a dispute with PayPal in order to get one, because they refused to refund me because my reason wasn't good enough and they tell you that you have 7 days to return, but you have to email them first to get the okay to send it back. They didn't respond to my emails, basically letting my 7 day deadline go out the window. I sent it back to the return address anyways and eventually after a two month battle got my money back. I don't know how to help except if you don't get your dress within the time its said, file a complaint with PayPal and the BBB. Good luck
