Why do you not take returns on your mdse. When you are asked for an address to return items that don't fit, you ask all kinds of questions such as the order number. I sent that back asking again for an address. You reply with another question. Do you not stand behind your orders or do you scam people out of their money. You beat me out of $104.00. Jane Jones

You won't get your money back. They will tell you to sell it locally to recoup. They do not stand behind merchandise that doesn't fit.

They respond by telling you to be patient or that your item was shipped through DHL and of course they don't give you a trscking number. All lies.

You're better off selling what doesn't fit on eBay. The cost of returning a merchandise with this company is too high. But they do respond.

Each item have different measurement, just make sure you select the correct measurement as per the item and if it is free size it normally fit small US size. If you really like the item, you can take a chance. Since there are already lots of unhappy people, Why buy? Seriously.

Paypal gave me a full refund after multiple emails made it obvious that this company churns out rubbish and takes no responsibility for itself. Keep mailing the company and if you paid by paypal raise a full-scale complaint. It takes determination, but it does work.

Disgraceful treatment when you put trust and your money to something that you find out to be a scam. I'd like to know how TBdress continues it's fraudulent business on the internet without being taken off and taken to court.

Call your credit card company and have them file a dispute. That gets their attention big time.
