Don't even bother just file a dispute with your credit card company and PayPal and save the headache.

The only way I could find was the live chat on their website. I can tell you already that you wont have much help. Get really for a whole lot of bull.

I went onto the website and use the chat now that popped up as well as emails! But it took a while for reply.
