There is no way to know. The only response you will get is thru email and it appears to be it is a standardized response. Keep looking elsewhere. They are cheap made dresses. Nothing like what they appear to be. If you have problem with it you are stuck with the dress. They will tell you, YOU can take it and have it fixed... Save yourself the stress and headache... THEY SHOULD SHUT THIS TYPE BUSINESS DOWN!

All I can advise u hun is from my experience I ordered my dress then read the reviews on this site and panicked! However I received my dress in plenty of time (I live in Cyprus) and when I got it was over the moon with it. It was perfect, exactly what I ordered and fit like a glove!

I would suggest you do not risk this company. My dress arrived incomplete and they also suggested I go to a taylor here to fix it. They offered tiny amounts of compensation but in the end just stopped replying to my emails and I didn't receive any money back and never heard from them again.

Don't do it. Go to a reputable company. Believe the bad reviews. Don't believe the good ones. I got no refund when I complained about a prom dress I had made for my daughter that came and was basically cheap net curtains sewn together that in no way reflected my order.

Based on the very poor performance of this website and the numerous negative reviews from people other than us, I don’t think there is any way you can guarantee it.
My fiancée had sent a detailed e-mail describing exactly the slight modifications she wanted from one of their standard products, which they promised would not be an issue, but when the dress showed up, it was wrong, and they have refused to refund, and wanted us to go to a Taylor in our country to fix it at our cost.
I strongly recommend staying away from this website, and recommend trying to find a dress somewhere else.
