They usually waive all fees for your first shipment with a code. However, the fees for actually selling items still apply.

I copied this from Swap's website:
"When you sell, our sales fee is just 25% of the sales price plus $1.50 per item. In the case of Swap+Money (i. E. you get both an item and the value difference as money in a swap) the commission is charged only on the part that you receive as money."
