Alot is used but, they goes through stuff to see what to except and what to reject. They won't sell anything worn, dirty or not in excellent shape. Alot of the clothes still have tags. Those that don't need to be perfect. I've ordered clothes several times and they are brand new looking.
They have same standards as a place called thredup, which is tough.
And they take anything back you may find unacceptable. No problems.
