They are thieves. Do not buy from them. I have been waiting 3 months for a refund. They behave disgracefully

Did you have any luck with getting an address or a refund. We are having the same problem. The owner responded and asked me to provide photos. We have done so and now they wont respond 200 US dollars down the drain. Super sad for my girl
