Sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s).
Kindly please log in the website and go to My Orders.
There is "Return/Exchange " button in the specific order. You need to click it to submit the request and you will get authorization from us. We will reply you with return address by email after then.
Pls log in the website via computer or mobile phone as the feature is not available on APP so far.
