Why it is taking so long to get a simple answer to a simple question; how do I return my item? Their instruction directs to push exchange/return button located on the right side of your order. In fact there is no such button I could find.

DEAR STYLEWE: You can save yourself a lot of trouble and help your poor reputation by simply stating your return address on your website. Or this site. The fact that you won't do so makes customers think you are a fraudulent scam.

You won't find the return/exchange button using your phone, it has to be from a computer/laptop.
