Why is it that nobody is sharing the StyleWe NY address here for the returns if we have at least a few legit customers who have received their refunds on time? What is the point of hiding the return address of the company if everything is being handled properly considering the US consumer protection law?

Sophia B. Great that you have had such a good experience. How about posting the NY address for the returns, unless of course, you are not a real customer?

Sophia B. Can you help the rest of us out and let us know the address where you sent your return? Most other companies provide a return label with the order to make exchanges easier. Not sure why StyleWe needs to make this process difficult.

I agree they make it difficult. If returns aren't a problem, why don't they give the address on this website? I have emailed them numerous times and so far they have not given me the address. I am taking it up with my credit cared company.

Dear Lorraine,
Our return process is quite easy. Email CS Rep( [email protected])→Get Return address in NY, US/Get US Return Address from Email→Ship Package→Send Returned Proof(tracking no., return receipt or return package pic)→Issue Refund in 3 Business Days/Replacement Order once returning the package to our NEW York house, just email us the return tracking number, picture of shipping receipt or shipping package. Then we will issue the refund, Sorry that you had bad shopping experience. Can u tell us what is your order number?

They will screw you around as much as possible before you get a refund. They make it VERY DIFFICULT to send returns. Terrible company!

No they are not, as I am their customer they never do that to me. I can say, they are good company and good material too
