Where do I send a return for a refund? I have sent an email communication twice and have not heard back!

It is a ridiculous process - I had to put a hold on my credit card payment and publically complain. They will send you an address and you are wise to keep the DHL package that it comes in (original package). Tuck in, they don't make it easy. I'd send you my information but fear it could have changed and don't want to misdirect you in any way.

They don't answer email. Writing a review here is the only thing that finally got their attention.
