I wanted to cancel my order due to substantial delayed. I filled up the contact form online but no one responded. My dress finally arrived. Thinking about all the hassle in the past month, I am hesitate to return because I might get nothing back. So I donated to dress to charity since it won't fit me. It's difficult to deal with a company that does not understand marketing ethics and business responsibility.

Very telling, isn't it? No return address on the site and they refuse to publicly provide one. So many people have had a bad experience with them. Cynthia, take your money elsewhere, it's not worth the headache.
