Lanny,,,,, are you looking at the reviews being posted? Are you making improvements on customer returns? I was interested in placing some orders, but after looking at the reviews; I decided against it! I don't tolerate bad customer service.

It is amazing how much time Lanny & company have to respond to good/favorable reviews which seem contrived, and spend zero time on customer concerns.

Your return system is inefficient and THIS is what leads people to think you are a scam operation. This is why you have bad reviews.
