No phone number, and don't count on them answering your emails in a timely manner. There is a language barrier and their English isn't very good. I've been trying to get a refund from them for close to a month now. I don't think they should be allowed to do international business, their tactics border on scams.

The only saving grace I had is by paying with paypal. I opened a dispute because they would not respond. As soon as I did that, Lanny(stylewe) began to email me. Unfortunately, they fraudulently will give you wrong return addresses and make hidden promises they don't meet. Paypal informed me that they are famous for misdirecting you. I finally got my refund by paypal escalating their no response to paypal. You may be able have buyers protection through American Express, Visa and MasterCard. If so, try disputing that they will not respond to your attempts of returning product.

Yeah they dont provide phone no nor anything. The best way i found is post under thier pictures on thier facebook.

I did hear back from StyleWe about the return and have received a full refund for the returned items. It took about 3 emails to initially hear back. Once I did hear back, I received instructions on how to make the return and was given an address in NY to send back the items. Because I saw a NY address posted on Sitejabber that was different than the one I was given I am not going to post it should it change. Be patient and persistent as they have a protocol for returns. They were friendly and very personable in the email exchange. From start to finish it took about three weeks with Christmas happening smack in the middle of it. Even with the craziness, I could see my ordering from them again.

They said that they will proceed my refund within 3 business days, if I'll send then copy of the receipt from post office. So I did and today I got an email from PayPal that StyleWe did total refund to my account. I still don't see the money but probably it will be there tomorrow.
It's not nice of StyleWe that first I had to write bad review so they finally reacted.

Stylewe popped on my computer while I was looking at Neiman Marcus & the last call. I thought it was legit. I bought a dress pick the right size but it was much too long for me and the dress was a lot fuller than on the actual picture. I did e-mail them, got a response but it was like they read someone else's letter it made NO SENSE. So I'm going to keep the dress. This is and was a BIG lesson for me I will not buy another item of clothing from them. They are SCAM ARTISTS. If they cared they would have a phone number. WE are there NEW SUCKER born everyday. I have NOW UNSUBSCRIBE them. For those of you that have not had a problem GOOD LUCK! :)

You should have read the reviews - they are a HORRIBLE company. Months of frustrating emails trying to get reimbursed - TERRRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM!

I communicated via email and it worked well for me. I didn't really look for their # since they're based in China. Because of holidays, I figured that there will be some delays.

They are in China, so I'm not sure you would want to try to call. I have received responses from Lanny in a timely manner. Keep trying with the email address. I had no problem with my order or my refund.

StyleWe doesn't have a phone number, but Lanny has always returned my emails within a day or two. I received all of my items true to size and they looked exactly like the pictures on the website. Somethings definitely run small so pay close attention to the measurements. I did receive a refund on express shipping as well. Hope this helps.
