I placed an order and would now like to cancel it. I just ordered less than 3 hrs ago. I don't believe I will receive my items in time. I can't seem to find a number to talk to a live person.

They don't have a number which is crazy. You have to email them - not the best solution but the only one. I stopped ordering from them.

I stopped ordering from them because of that too - nearly impossible to get a refund.
