NO! They gave me a run around for MONTHS saying "we have no system to refund your money" It was a MAJOR hassle dealing with these guys and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM - in fact, I am still seriously considering filing complaints against them -

I had to enter into a dispute with PayPal and reported them there. If you haven't received your money, I suggest filing with PayPal.

Yes. I returned 2 dresses and received a full refund within 48 hours. I was kind of amazed, but very pleased.
