I ordered a customized bead with my dogs photo on it a week ago and never received any sort of email confirmation or shipping info. Hoping to have this by Christmas. Feeling like this is a scam. Any one else have same experience?

I ordered a week ago and had the same experience. I'm about to dispute the charge with my credit card company and buy something else if they don't respond soon.

I ordered mine 11-30 and just received my order today. Not completely satisfied with the pic on one charm. You should be ok!
