I cant get hold of antone at soufeel i want to know if i will get my order before christmas if not i want to cancel it... i have read bad reviews and believe that my ordwer will now be being shipped from china. NOT HAPPY

OMG... I didn't realise that about China. This site needs to be closed down. I ordered mine 13 business days ago and it still hasn't left the warehouse.

I'm still waiting and ordered on 19 November
The only response I got was after leaving negative review on web - got told I'll get email with shipping details but still waiting for that let alone charms! I paid for speedy 9-15 day shipping
Fear this company is a scam so would advise strongly against ordering

It is very busy this time of year and my order came from China. I ordered well in advance because it's a Yule gift. If it's been over 3 weeks and you haven't received a shipment email, I'd be worried, but I'm sure they're doing their best to get orders out.
