If you are sending a Smile Box invitation, you should start receiving the responses immediately.

I am not sure "trapped" is the correct wording. I pay yearly, and absolutely LOVE this service! One year I could not afford it however, and had no problem unsubscribing at the time.

Sorry, I deleted this after I realised that a (monthly?)fee was required. Also I read reviews on this and some persons seemed to be trapped into a repeat fee which was difficult to remove.
