Yes - customer service is abysmal, and Shoebuy is the reason I will probably never again buy shoes online. They would not accept a return on some expensive hiking boots (fit was poor on me, and they had a defect). It turns out their return policy is very, very restrictive. I bought a different pair at a local brick and mortar merchant, where I could try them on, and who had a liberal return policy. This was more expensive, but I didn't waste money on shoes that I couldn't wear. Buying at a local store will be the route I go in the future. Learned the hard way that great online deals aren't always what they're cracked up to be.

It was easy to buy shoes there. I has to return a pair for different size and decided I liked a different color as well. I sent the first pair back and as soon as they received them they sent me the new size/different color. I liked that I didn't pay shipping when ordering or returning. I hate shoe shopping so I found shopping for shoes at home very nice!

Shoes are not the safest item to buy online. Not worth it. All shoebuy cares about his making money and doesn't care about the customer satisfaction at all. I have been wearing New Balance for 25 years. I thought it would be safe to order them online. I wore them for 2 hours and the fit was weird! Super high on my ankle rubbing on my ankle bone causing severe pain I could barely walk. I feel their shoes are SECONDS and stuff wrong with them! I paid to return them, and shoebuy returned them back to me saying they couldn't resell them because I wore them!
Go to the store, try on shoes the old fashion way. It's worth the trouble.
