Answer:
Terrible Customer service. They provide a phone number but I've ben on hold for a least an hour (two different days) and they never pick up. When you tap to leave a message... the mailbox if full.
Their email responses I think are AI. There is no name at the bottom and they are not helpful.

Hello. I wanted to know if the butterflies were put back in the box will they come flying out again?
Answer:
Yes it works. You can also go to eBay and just buy something called an “explosion birthday box”. They cost about $10 and do the same thing.
