Don't waste your time ordering. You'll probably never get it. They take your money and ignore any request for answers or refunds. Terrible company.

They do not provide a telephone number nore a address thats just one of there flaws if your wanting to buy from sammydress i personally would not even bother the shipping fees are high there customer care for buys is rediculous the time of waiting for products its to long also they pass you from person to person when you open support tickets so you never get a straight answer and im still waiting for a refund from several months ago for money they took from my bank and cancelled my orders so i had no product and they had my money

I usually write customer service support. Perhaps you can do the same and ask for a contact phone number.

I communicated with Sammydress by email only. When I wanted to return 2 tops they offer $15 and keep my too small and too big tops. They are telling me it's costly for me to ship 2 tops back to them. They don't provide returning address or instruction how to return unwanted tops. I don't know where they shipping from because when I received package there is no returning address. They charge me insurance/tracking fee but you can't track package at all. I ordered 4 items only 3 arrived, I'm still waiting for 4 th item. It has been over 3 weeks. I'll not repeat business with Sammy dress.

Sorry, but I can't answer as to a phone number for this company. It may be a blessing in disguise that you can't reach them by phone. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere, because you will likely be disappointed with the way this company does business --- from ill fitting clothing to poor customer service.

They do not answer their phone. They leave you holding on their online help live line. They keep sending me messages saying that they have shipped merchandise. Some of which I have already received. Others have yet to arrive 45 days later. Do not order from this company! They are the worst that I have ever dealt with.

I certainly wont be buying from them... the stuff I ordered wasnt in stock and when some finally did turn up after I tried to cancel it was NOTHING like the photos, and way smaller than the measurements given... Badly made cheap copies and to get your money back you have to return it which often cost more than what you paid for the item excluding postage which you dont get refunded!

Do not buy from this company. They have shoddy merchandise. You can never get through to them by telephone. The sizing is all wrong and it takes forever to get a refund.

They do accept credit cards, I have used mine with no problems. May I just say that with all the orders I have received from Sammdress, over 20 items at different times, I have not had a problem. Clothes arrive anywhere between 2 weeks to a month and all have been great quality. I have made a couple of mistakes with sizing but have got the hang of it now. I love this site.
