I also got everything I ordered and I live in the US. I ordered things that were free shipping and I think it took about 2-3 weeks to get it, but I knew that it would take that long to get my order, so I can't tell you why other people had bad experiences.

I had no issues with my order. Everything I ordered was received just as pictured on the website. Considering I live in Canada and everything was being sent from Singapore, it only took a total of 8 calendar days until I received it (I paid an additional $3 for expedited shipping).
I guess not everyone is as lucky?

This was my first bad experience I've ever had with ordering from a website online. I recieved 3 out of the 6 items that I ordered and one of my dresses had a huge brown stain on it. So I guess this website is just a hit or miss! I won't order from them again though.

I believe some people who give the reviews are employees ok f Sammy dress. As the packages cone from China some of them tend to go missing in transit so it's the luck of the draw.

Maybe because some people expect too much from some goods for wich pays only 4 - 5 $. My opinion is that the ratio between price and quality is very good.

Everyone has to understand that it's many different stores that ship out items. Sammy dress is just the site, but tons of stores & boutiques that sell on sammydress.com. I've ordered 12 times on Sammy dress... With a total of 26 items. And only one order was misplaced with 2 items but they immediately refunded my money in my Sammy dress wallet, or credit card.

Customs probably.

I Have No Clue. I Can Only Speak On My Experiences. Each And Every Time I Had A Minor Issue It Was Resolved Immediately. I Have Purchased 5 Different Times And Am Overall Satisfied With Everything.
