Where is my parcel RC456303140NL I've waiting for a month and you told me it has been shipped out to Canada but that isn't true because my tracking number either isn't working because it keeps saying product not gound

When I ordered from Canada, the tracking number didn't work until the items were in Canada. I also tracked from the Canada post website.
