Do not give them your ID!

They have never asked for an ID from me. It takes awhile to receive your orders but I have received 8 or 9 orders from them. Paid for them from pay pal account. Received confirmations each time. Hope this helps.

Seriously NO. But do yourself a favor and cancel the order because the next question you are going to be asking is how do I get a refund because the item is a piece of crap, or it never even showed up. You have an angel on your back watching over you, don't dismiss this omen. CANCEL YOUR ORDER and if you were using a credit card, call them and tell them NOT to allow the charge to go through.

I was not asked for more identity info. Have had identity theft twice in past 3 months; so providing more info than necessary seems like a red flag to me. My last contact, they had me change "tickets", and to deal with that person. At least I have gotten that far with them after making my complaint.

You need to go to your order and there is a place for you to leave an e-mail with your order number. That is the only way to contact them. I did that and finally got my money back. They will answer you this way and were pretty prompt unlike their orders.
