So NONE of the items I received fit. ALL too small of course! Wondering how to go about getting a refund? I've submitted a ticket but haven't heard anything.

I finally put a complaint in at Pay Pal. Their customer tickets are run arounds. To get a refund, I have to send back to China, but they haven't as yet given me an address after 4 back and forth run around emails from one and 5 from the other. Just waiting on the Pay Pal dispute for resolution.

Sorry to say it... but just wait at this point! Unfortunately is the ONLY WAY to communicate with those people!
One suggestion: since you have to pay for the shipping, evaluate if is worth it based on how much you've spent

I didn't get half my stuff. I hate that I pay shipping and had to pay again. The stuff was to bad but boots smelled really bad
