Yes, probably. I did receive my order eventually but they duplicated my order, charged me twice and refused to refund me. I pay through Paypal and theyhelped me recover some money after 3 months of trying. Please do not deal with this company, they are cheats and dishonest.

You only receive a tracking number if you pay for it. Does not mean you have been ripped off. Sometimes your order may not be in stock and it can take a month or longer to receive your item(s). Put in a ticket and ask customer service about your order. They have always answered my questions. Good luck! I'm sure you will receive it.

You don't receive a tracking number unless you pay extra for it. It does usually take about a month to receive your item if it's standard shipping.

It took 3 months to get my dress from them

Like I said it can take months to receive and most of the time you will get the wrong item.

Bad news the thieves have ripped you off, they are absolutely nasty, don't order from them. Spread the word so others can avoid the same fate as us. I did not receive my refund since March and will not be seeing my money. They do not respond to emails.

Hi, put in a ticket and ask the status of your order. They will answer, sometimes takes a couple of days. Ask if your item is in stock if it isn't it will take longer than one in stock. I have waited as much as 8 weeks for an item. I am satisfied with what I get, you must be patient it takes awhile.

If your order was wrong im sure they can fix it if you show them proof of purchase ive ordered 4 times i had trouble with one item i ordered it late feb, but it was out of stock i didn't receive it till mid may they so times have wait list on hot items too.
