It does take a while for it to get to you. You should try and contact customer support and see where it may be. When I ordered my very first outfit from them it took about 3 weeks to get to me. I did contact customer support and they were able to give me a tracking number.

It takes a while to go through customs. On average when you order from the time it is processed when shipped it can take anywhere from 5 to 60 days to clear customs depending on how much you bought and where it is shipped to. Thats why i recommend ordering early so you can get your product in time.

I live in Australia and I ordered 27days before, even didn't received anything from Sammy dresses.
I have contacted the Customer service 3times, I received the same response, which mean my stuff is not posted yet. I think buying of one or two items is fine, but not bulk buying. I bought all this for my family aboard but I think I should forgt about the clothes, shoes, accessories. I just wasted my money paying for insurance, tracking number nothing works.
My advice to everyone is please think many times and do the shopping.

It comes from China. Tracking numbers didn't work well. Email them with your order number and they usually answer withing 12-18hours. It took 2 weeks from time I placed my first order til the time I received my pants. My dress took longer to ship out (7 full business days) and I have not received that item yet.

I live in the US so it has to pass through customs and other things.
