No, I was never asked for that type of info; I only ordered once so far, but I like what I received. Am trying to exchange one item for different color. Would warn that clothing is according to Asian sizing, which is alot smaller than here in USA, so be forewarned. They advise paying through PayPal, and I had no problem with needing to provide any additional info, and package arrived in reasonable amount of time considering it originated all the way in China.

No! But I am still waiting for my order from Oct. Guess I can chalk that up and my money. What a shame that a Company like this do people like this, its not right.
