By the time I received my order I had forgotten I even ordered it! Never again.

I never received my package either. Be smart and do not order from this company. After many, many, e-mails I managed to get a refund. Not all of it though.

They are the worst im not ordering from them ever again the customer service might as well be nonexistent! Until i reported them on here did someone get back to me and get my refund process started

Your correspondence, if any, will be coming from China, so expect delays.

The business is closed on the weekends but I would suggest that you submit a ticket asking your question and their support team is very good about getting back with you in 24 or less hours. Good luck!

Well let's be optimistic you'll receive it but be patient, it may take 50 days or more according to my experience with them.

You won't. And if you do it will take days. Their communication skills are dreadful and only focus on how they can profit not helping the customer out.

All you need to do is login and go to my account go to my complaints click on complaint next to your order and tell them your issue they will be happy to help you right away

You should logjn to your account on sammydress and check if your order was made. I always got a confirmation email but i could also check the status of my order.
Definitely contact them if you have any doubts.
Thankfully i have had no problems todate... but i do check he progress of my orders when i logon to my account.
