Yes. I haven't received my items, and they have no customer service in place. Avoid them like the plauge!

No its a scam. They say they have great customer service and they respond within 24hrs but you don't hear back from them. I emailed them and nothing I waited over a month for a reply and still nothing. They don't send items out but take payment. I'm not the only one who has had bad service from them there are so many others. I would avoid these at all costs which is a shame because they have very nice "items". But so many people/companies can copy and paste onto a Web page. If I was you I wouldn't buy from them no items are received

All I can say is I hope you are able to get your order in time for Christmas. However, if and when you get it, be prepared to receive items too small and cheaply made you will be ashamed to give them to anyone. Then do like the rest of us --- don't waste your time doing business with this scam of a company ever again. Lesson learned!

The delivery is different for everyone but I've gotten everything I ordered and it's all what it says. Although I wouldn't buy there again

I havent received all my items and they number is always busy and submitted a ticket complaint still no response i hate that they wont respond i really want the rest of my stuff and i did want to place another order but im not
