I would like to know why you all wait until we have ordered and paid for the item then tell us its out of stock. Worse also you refuse to give us a cash refund to our credit cards instead forcing us to purchase something else. This is very unfair since its not our fault you advertise items that is not in stock.

We can refund customer on their payment account.The refund on store credit has many advantage.It just a recommend option.

Call your credit card and dispute it. Or Paypal will help you get a refund. I placed an order 8 weeks ago. They never sent my product and refuse to provide a refund. Also you will never be able to talk to anyone cause they are a fraudulent company in China stealing peoples money they are a scam. I tired to turn them in as well.

Another one of their scams. You should contact your credit card company and file a dispute with them. It's better than trying to solve the problems on your own.
