I've made an order since 23 November and I'm yet to receive my goods without any update from you guys please what's happening?

That is normal for them. Very poor shipping times. I ordered an item for Christmas 5 weeks ago and told them it was for a gift. I still haven't received it and to pay the fee for tracking is a joke because the site is in Chinese. I did that with my last order, totally useless. I did receive the order though after about 6 weeks.

My order came in a couple of weeks, but again I would advise NEVER buy from this company!
