I ordered 20 items from SammyDress, I have only received 10 items... when will I receive the remainder of my order? And does anyone ever answer the phone number procoded for customers to call? I have called more than a dozen time... their is either a busy signal, then calling back no answer at all

Take in consideration that they are located in China and there is a time difference.

Good luck is right. Crappy quality and no offer to make it right. They should be banned from advertising. And they eat you up with shipping costs from England or elsewhere. No way in hell I am paying to ship that crap back to England

Start complaining on their social media page. Complain, repeat. When you start bad mouthing them, then suddenly they "care" about customer service. Good luck is all I can say. Horrible company! Not one good thing to say about them.

Good luck I will never buy there again. Very cheap no tags on the tops and did not even look like it is suppose to.

You were lucky to received 10 of the items. I have not received any of mine nor have I been refunded. If you contact them via e-mail they will give you a customer service number, but it is worthless.
