I have never had any problems with them. It did take a little bit of time for my stuff to get to me but, I had ordered around the Holidays. Being that it so far it does take some time. Call their customer service, maybe they can track it or give you a refund. Sorry, if I wasn't much help but, I haven't had any problems with them.

I most definantly would not count on it they take the money as fast as they can then your just pushed to the back and keep trying with opening support tickets and ask for a refund because they did the same thing to me a few times and they ask you to wait till its in stock but thta will not happen so i sugges your best option is a refund

Nope, I doubt it. I also ordered in November and they were happy to take my $$ but never got item.
