At time of purchase you are asked to check the box if you would like a tracking number for a small fee. I did not check the box so I did not get a tracking number. My package arrived in a timely manner considering it came from overseas. No problems for me. I am very happy with the customer service and my order!.

I Googled Sammydress and it has the worlds worst reviews from products to customer service. I'd stay away from them and just buy from trusted companies... do your do diligence first before ordering from any of these companies seen on Facebook.

I ordered a few dresses in July of 2014. NEVER got them. Contact them and get your money back! They will tell you they won't refund the shipping because they paid the shipping already(which is clearly a big fat damn lie), but some of your money back is better than none of it.

Strange, I've ordered from them like 3 times and each time they give me a tracking number in an email saying that they've shipped my order out. Of course it takes about a week for it to start moving, because it's coming from China. I always check the box to pay for a tracking code, though.

They say they give you a tracking number for $2, which I paid. I still didn't get any tracking number! These guys are scammers, stay away from that site.

I have ordered from Sammy Dress quite a few times. You have the option to pay a small fee like $1.30 for tracking. I honestly have never chosen to track it, which is probably not smart, but I haven't had any problems receiving my packages. You have to keep in mind that they are shipping from China and the sizes are also smaller as well, so ordering can be a hit or miss. Overall, the things I have purchased have fit me well and I have worn them multiple times, with the exception of just a few pieces that either didn't fit at all or was poorly made. The prices are cheap, so you get what you pay for.

Hi, I always get an e-mail conformation for the order. The tracking number comes after the order is shipped. Sometimes you the wait for shipment takes a while sometimes item is out of stock. I open a ticket to customer service with the order number and they tell me if item is on back order. I have waited for a couple of items, I was in no hurry for it. The tracking number sometimes doesn't work so contact custom service and they give me more info because they use a few different carriers. I have found that if I am patient I always get my order. Hope that helps.

If you ordered multiple items and they ship separately you will get one (possibly two) tracking numbers but it is difficult to track them. I ordered like 10 things and got 7 eventually. I still have three (3) outstanding items from February. They keep saying they are on the way but it is has been 3 months, pretty sure they aren't coming. They offered 1/2 a refund but it's not worth the hassle. I haven't ordered from them since and won't again. I'll pay the extra money to get my stuff from somewhere else that will actually deliver what I ordered...

The tracking isn't usually for the US. Once it leaves the country you can't track it, unless you bought a tracking number. I never have, and I've received every order I've ever placed with them. I did have to get one partial refund and it was quickly distributed.

Yes, it DOESN'T work. Placed an order in January and never received it. I contacted the company and asked for a refund and never heard from them. Might as well right off your money, hope you didn't buy anything expensive.
