Hi, I always pay for tracking. They use many shipping companies so you must find out which one was used and contact the shipping company. The items should have gotten to you by now. I have never waited more than 3 weeks. I would open up a ticket and keep after them until you get satisfaction!

Don't count on it. This company is a ripoff. If you read any of the good reviews, they all sound the same. My guess is they're using bots to write generic good reviews to bolster the awful reality.

I hope you used PayPal. That was the only way I got my refund. They do not want problems with PayPal.
BTW I too ordered on 3/30 and never got my order. I am so done with SammyDress.

Continue writing customer service through their website - it is quirky as you actually post a question to them. Stay on them to refund your money. My guess is you'll get your product in the next month or so if you stay on them. Good luck to you.

I feel for you. In a nutshell my order took almost three months to get to me. Customer service seemed non-existent. When my goods fianlly arrived I found the quality of one item downright cheap and the other unimpressive. I attempted calling them on several occasions but to no avail. Oh, their sizing charts are just wrong. I was using their conversion chart from metric to inches and the figures made no sense. I finally oredered a men's xtralarge (I normally take a medium to large) just to be safe. When my coat finally arrived it fit my wife who is petite and 5'2". I too see the positive reviews and am skeptical that they are all legit. It they are legit then I can only say that buying from SammyDress is kind of like buying a lottery ticket, maybe you win maybe not. I hope you can get your money back but I'm guessing they won't be helpful or make it easy. Good luck.

Call your bank tell them what happened and get your money back that way.

I had the same problem and will NEVER deal with this company again. For months they told me the item was in transit. I eventually contacted PayPal since I'd paid through them. They got me a full refund.

Ines, you can always call your card company, inform them of the situation, and they will credit your ypur money back because it is now considered fraudulent charges. Sammydress will have to answer to the bank.
