I am trying to get through to customer service. But when I enter my order number it says it is incorrect. I have checked it and it is the one given to me. I am missing an item from my order and am trying to find out when I will get it or get a refund. Help!

When I tried to call it kept being a busy signal. Sammy Dress just takes your money and will not answer your call or refund any money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND ATTORNEY GENERAL.

Have you tried to copy and paste it? Thats what i did. It should also start with letters. Its right next to the tracking number (if you got one) i actually did that the first time.
