I DO NOT TRUST THEM...

Honestly, a large in China is roughly a size 8/10 but the dimensions for the length of your body are NOT UK sizes. Think of the height of Chinese people! And I am 5'2.
The clothes do arrive but the quality is really poor! Imagine cheap Halloween costumes and that's the material they use! It's more expensive to return it also so it's not with the money! My personal advice is don't bother! I put mine in the bin!

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The junk that arrives (if it ever arrives) shows up months and months late.

Clearly Bratunov works for Sammy Dress because an actual customer would not have given that for a response. The site is unreliable, the clothes fit 10 year old children and not women, the quality is terrible, the material is cheap and see-through and delivery took over 3 months after I was sent 2 bogus tracking numbers saying my stuff was mailed. There is a reason their prices are so cheap. Do yourself a favor and go to a local store it will save you the headache 1000's of us have already went through with them!

Angie, - if you place an order on Sammydress you are throwing your money away. I only ordered one item to check them out and the quality is worse than crap, - the dress was so bad it had to go in the bin, material is rubbish and the stitching is worse, seams are rucked so the product does not hang properly and it's just complete crap. Save your money. I live in the UK and cannot get any refunds off them despite sending pictures of their crap dress 3 times.

The clothes are Not the quality materials Americans would expect more like a flimpsy Halloween costume and the sizes are way off, more to fit a child. Go to yr local mall instead

Stay away. It took 4 months to recieve an order. I am a size 4 and even the XL was too small. It is not well made. I then wanted to return and they refuse to give a return address. Very bad!

I ordered from UK n it took about 16 working days for my order to get to me which was fine cos the stated delivery time was 15-25 working days (flat rate shipping). When I ordered from Nigeria it took 18 working days (flat rate shipping too) so I think they're pretty reliable

I also live in the US. I placed an order in January that never came. When I complained, the representative (I assume here in the States) said that they had not received the package from China and since I hadn't paid for insurance, they would be keeping $16 US of the $26 I paid to cover shipping and handling. I still haven't seen even that credit on our Paypal account. Lesson learned.

What I can tell you is that I will NEVER EVER order from them again and I am still fighting for my money back. I ordered XL because I like my clothing to fil a little loose, I could not get 1 of the tops I ordered over my head. I am normally a 9 to 10 in size. The tops were VERY poor quality! The sides seams stitching wepnt way past the bottom of the tops, just hung there. They were very poorly made, they are not anywhere close to the right size and like I said I would never order from them again, and still fighting to get my money back! The company is in China and I am sure that they just try and get as many things put together as they can in a limited time as to get more out. I would NEVER recommend this company!
