My " christmas gifts" were ordered in early October. I guess Christmas in China, like their sizes... are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. They guaranteed delivery for christmas and I got the package in late January. They were supposed to be 3X but were child sized. After long back and forth about sending it back *which you cant do with a tracking number because its CHINA... and which costs more than the items... I ended up giving the winter coats to a homeless shelter for teens. HORRIBLE COMPANY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS... REALLY RIPOFFS their good reviews english skills have me suspect that they write their own good ones..

From what I have been reading, and in my experience, about two months, and then you may not get it - or you may get an inferior product - or you may be thrilled with it. It's a mixed bag.

Unfortunately, if you're lucky, you will get something in months, yes, MONTHS. Or you might NOT get anything at all. They are scammers and they thousands of people's money. No customer service at all. They will ignore you until you give up. And if you do get something, it will be 5 times smaller than what you ordered and materials is cheap as hell. DO NOT order ever again and spread the word. They make millions stealing people's money and their so called government does nothing about it. And the worst part is, millions of American jobs are lost because everything is now being made in their country.

I now regret even placing the order. I saw the ads everywhere and the clothing looks great but now I'm experiencing the poor service. Well it'll never happen again that's for sure

Very poor service. Recieved half of mine in 2-3 weeks then took another 2 months for refund!... they never reply on there chat and the clothes look and feel cheap

You may have to wait over a month and that depend on if they send your orders to you. They will keep your money and would not refund you at all, however these vile thieves will email to say they will refund but they will not. They owe me money For a dew items and clothes are small to size will fit a child. Bad stitching and holes in places.
Do not buy from these low life scrum bag. They do not reply to emails if you continue to demand for your refund.
Tell everyone you know nit to buy from them.
You have been warned. Do not line their pockets they do not have a clue about customer service like in the west.

It took over six months and when I did receive it I couldn't wear it. I ordered a size larger than I normally wore. It wouldn't have fit my nine year old granddaughter who weighs 55 lbs. The arms were down to my knees if I could have gotten my arms into the garment. Very poor quality. I would never purchase anything from them again.

I've ordered 16 different times with Sammy dress with clothes, jewelry and other misc. Items, regular shipping and all but one order was received in the time they said it would be delivered. It all depends If its in stock. You really need to look at the bottom of the item info and see how long it says for that particular item. Processing takes a couple of days but after its shipped, it's usually right on time. Always pay extra for the tracking and its 90% delivered through USPS... once it leaves china. If anything, put the tracking number thru a site called trackingex.com. Hoping this was helpful
