I ordered two items on 10/30/2015. I have yet to receive either of them. The only thing I have gotten was a email saying payment received. Then another on 11/13/2015 saying items had been sent. There was a tracking number that's apparently fake because I looked it up to see where my order was. It said no such thing. I would not do business with this company. I have made a complaint with federal trade commission.

I ordered Sept 10 and still haven't received my items. If you go to their site on facebook. There are complaints from alot of people but then dresslily will respond if anyone has questions to email them and then delete all the bad comments. I did research on dresslily and found out they are same as bunch of companies owned by 1 company and they are ripping off tons of people with not shipping or refunding customers and they take pics from real companies and post their pics of clothes and then if they ship it to you the material and things are crap. I am over not getting my money but just want to warns others who are getting scammed. I reported them to Facebook but nothing happened yet.

They told me 45 BUSINESS days! But it's been 90 business days and I still haven't received anything.

I placed an order and was told it would take 10-25 business days and it ended up taking 35 days.

I placed my latest order on Nov. 06,2015 and I received part of my order on Nov 16th, 2015. My past orders have also arrived between 7- 20 business days. A lot of the hold up is either from their manufacturer or the shipping company. There was one occasion when the package was waiting for pick up for about 4 days by DHL.

There is no shipping you want received anything do mot waste your money

I paid for for the expedited shipping 3-5 days and received mine about 2.5 weeks later and it was only half the order, and sizes to small I emailed them 3 times for the other half of my order and they still won't respond. Do not order from here!

I ordered from sammydress.com, one pair of earrings, one necklace, and three dresses. I was told upfront that my order could take 10-25 days for me to receive. I agreed to that. It only took 11 days for me to get my stuff. When I ordered the shirt for my daughter, I was told the same thing up front, that it might be 10-25 days for my daughter to get her shirt. She received her shirt in 14 days. We are both very happy with our products! Hope this helps. Frances Brown.
