Have you submitted a ticket to customer service? Whenever I have an inquiry, I submit a ticket, and usually I am contacted within 24-48 hours. On a couple occasions it has taken longer, and one time I got PayPal to intervene. So my advice to you is to contact them via ticket, and inquire about the status of your order. However, if you did not pay extra for a tracking number, that may be too difficult. I have found that as an average, when I did not pay for expedited shipping, that it takes about 45 days for me to receive an order. The longest that I have waited was 2 months! But I did get the order. So you may have to just continue to be patient.
