Does anyone know the best number to reach them. My boyfriend ordered about a month ago and they haven't send an order number or confirmation that it has been shipped. Very annoyed.

This business needs to be shut down. They scam people out of their money. I had the same problem, couldn't reach anyone. The line is always busy when I try to call. I finally gave up on getting my money back.

My suggestion is BE PERSISTENT!
In my case I use the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the page using all 3 method they have:
1. Open a ticket. I did it SEVERAL TIMES and they respond after 3-4 days (not 24 hrs as they claimed). Usually their way to respond is to apologize several times but solving it... I'm still wait for part of my order. They have shipped 3 items out of 9 items, but still nothing at my door...
2. Call their number: This is the most useless... It is always busy (If you call at Pacific Time as they said... Now on of the user said she called at 10pm Pacific and they answer... you can try that
3. Live Chat: after SEVERAL ATTEMPTS I finally got hold of one of the reps and had some answers... That is the only reason that I'm still waiting patiently... I will let you know
However if you want to have their immediate attention, dispute the payment on Credit Card or Paypal (that's what I did) Usually you have up to 180 days to do that!

I went thru this site and slammed sammy dress on the horrible service and bad clothes... after one day they responded via this site jabber and i was able to keep in contact with them thru the email they responded to me with. I even went as far as telling them it was gonna become a legal matter if this issue wasnt fixed and i wasnt kidding, i felt they needed to be buried in court for this kind of service. Anyhow we kept emailing back and forth and they did refund me for items that hadnt been shipped yet, at my request to have that done. I ordered 13 items, was refunded $30 for the inconvenience and the price of the 1 shirt that wasnt shipped with the rest... however ive recieved 3 items within a months time. One wasnt even what i ordered, one was exactly what i ordered and the other is so big and poorly made that it looks nothing like wut i ordered so i will be sending those back for refund and still waitinf in the other 10 items. Basically you have to be very demanding and persistant and have patience cus unfortunately its over seas and we all got sucker punched with this site. But they will refund quickly if u ask to cancel order which in my opinion ur better off... also heads up with the site "wish"... same horrible service. Steer clear

909-581-9508, but good luck getting through. I have been waiting over 2 months and kept getting the run around about its out of stock but will ship when available. If you bought through paypal, dispute it now through them, that's what I did, but still waiting for my money back. The reviews says the clothes are cheaply made and always too small anyway. Go to full website scroll to the bottom and submit a help ticket. The company did respond the next day. The phone number is 909 581 9508. I live on the east coast and they answered the phone at 10 pm.

The number should be in an email I can't remember but they're not going to answer I'm in a dispute with PayPal trying to get my money back

I have no idea... Tried everything. They contacted me via this site but have not handled the situation as of yet..
