Hello... I'm sorry to tell you the same story that pretty much all consumers that have"purchased" merchandise from SammyDress... it's a very fraudulent business that frankly I'm unsure why the Federal Trade Commission has not seen fit to investigate. Perhaps if enough people would put together a class action suit against "SAMMY" something could be done to stop these criminals from operating in the U.S. I truly wish I had more of an answer for you. Fortunately, I was only TAKEN for a small dollar amount... I had a gut feeling to try a small order first... Which was never received. Seriously if anyone is willing to go forth with me in trying to get some government agency to investigate SammyDress... please let me know via this site or email me at [email protected].

If you go to their website to your order, there is a 1-800 number you can call.
Ive called it, they were no help and 3 months later i still have not recieved my stuff. I get upset just thinking about it.

You have to go on their site and fill out inquiry ticket regarding an order you've placed, that is the ONLY way I found.

Message them through facebook. Or file a complaint through paypal they will get back to you then.

Fill out a ticket from your account or email them. I always got my replies in less than 24 hours. I did not have any issue with money, but I never had trouble with communicating with them. Consider that the difference in time is huge and can hinder making a phone call.

Go to your account and fill out a ticket. I have had my share of bad experiences but communication isn't one of them. They will email back

I got my stuff from them, it just took a little longer than I thought. They have a customer service email thing on there website that I messaged them thru and they always responded!

If you paid with PayPal and file a claim through the PayPal site, they will respond.

They tell you to fill out a ticket and send it to them they will get back to you within 24 hrs. These reviews should scare you, I have been waiting for 2 mnths for my last order and I keep getting the run around. They will never refund anyones money, they tell you that they refund it as Sammydress store credit. They call it sammy wallet. Sucks I will not order from them again and never would have if I knew what this company was like. My very first order was fine no problems, my second order has been and order from HELL! I hope you get your order and it is what you ordered. They try to pacifi you telling you they will give you extra sammy points for the inconvenience bullshit just their way to try to make someone order more from them. Good luck I hope this helps.
