They do not offer free shipping no matter how much you spend and I too have two (2) items that have not been received - one was ordered 71 days ago. They sent my first package with a tracking number but all subsequent shipments do not get a tracking number because apparently the outrageous shipping fee you pay doesn't cover it. They offered to refund my money but I told them to pound dirt. Although the stuff is cheap and cute, I will NOT buy from them again. It is not worth it. I'll spend the additional money to ensure I get my stuff.

Simple answer Jayne - Don't waste your money buying anything from this website; their products really are CRAP.

I agree with warren e... why would you want to order from them after what you've read here? I paid $30 plus in shipping alone. After all my complaints to them... I received a response saying they were issuing a refund. That was two months ago... still no refund. They're quality is horrible and you'll be lucky if you receive even part of your order. Shop somewhere else.

The question should be "why would you order from them with all the pages of unhappy customers?"

Let me add that the merchandise is very POOR QUALITY, I ordered 2 tops and they were pathetic. The seam stitches hung down past the bottom of the tops. I ordered extra large because I like my tops to be loose and too tight. I could not even get one of the tops over my head and the other was too small also. I would NEVER order from them again and I am still fighting to get my money back! I would never recommend ordering from this company. P.S. Christia S. Yes, they are coming from China and half of these people DO NOT know how to sew!

They do not offer free shipping. Be advised these items are coming from China I think, so there is going to be some wait time. The garments are very cheap and sometimes poorly made but overall my experience has been good. I have quite a few pieces I purchased from them and love. You have to remember when buying online, it can be hit or miss and there is always a risk when doing so but life is about taking chances. Hope this helps!

No free shipping and you still have to wait even in Canada. I ordered my items and it took me 17 days for the first package and over 30 for the second. It took a bad review and angry emails for the second and I ordered them both at the same time.

I made an order and waited for months. Still didn't get my order, nor money.
Better to not order from them.
