I'm sorry you're not satisfied with the status of your order Ashley. That seems to be a popular complaint. I've never had an issue with the company. Like said above, if you have concerns email them. They're pretty good at responding when I need help.

Do you have a tracking number for your package? If you paid the additional money for a tracking number they are able to track your package a lot better. If you don't receive your package after a certain amount of time they will reship your order. You may have to keep emailing them back and bugging them. I had a tracking number so I didn't have to wait as long for them to reship my order.

The first time, when i order some thing on sammy dress, i wait more than 1 month before i recieve it. I think that is normal. They say 40 working days. But it's more than 40 days.
