I ordered a pandora double leather bracelet, but now it is starting to change color and i haven't even worn it yet, which leads me to believe that it is not real. Can i return an item if it has been a while since i ordered it?

Go to pandora's official site under explore-the-brand/authorized-retailers

20th on the list, they're an authorized retailer with Pandora so they will try to avoid anything fake from that brand especially.

Generally their stuff is new but I'm pretty sure they bulk buy and they do seem to specialize in the ones that are no longer in production. That said, if it's been a while since you bought it (over their 30 day policy) it can be difficult to get a return.

Pandora is not to take it back your braclet is a fake... they can tell what are products of pandora by the way pandora is not silver plated... its all silver. Plus pandora does not have a sellars contract with them you have been misinformed and have fraudulent merchandise... contact your credit card company

Genuine Pandora Charms are marked 925 ALE or S925 ALE they indeed are Sterling Silver!

Unfortunately Pandora is not silver, it is plated. I would suggest a quick polishing.

You can take the Pandora to them. You have to have a receipt and it has to have been less than a yr old. I will tell u that Pandora is only silver plated not 100% 925. I learned this the hard way. You can probably print a copy of receipt online where u ordered it from. If not call r u la la and have them email u the reciept.
