Why have you changed the name from Wholesaleitonline.com to Rotita.com? Were you getting too many bad reviews?

It has been close ot 3 months and I still have not been able to resolve my refund... stay away from Rotita!

You wont get your order that quickly and the items are rubbish. They are so small and it costs a small fortune to return them to China. Don't buy from these people. The items are only suitable for floor clothes.

Not a chance and don't pay any more money, it's just a con. The clothes are rubbish. They trade under so many different names as well. I had big trouble with delivery and quality of garments is dreadful took ages to get a pathetic refund!

They are getting bad reviews because the quality of the material and clothing is garbage. Even ordering larger sizes, they don't fit and the workmanship is horrible and everything is made cheaply and looks it when you try it on. Not worth wasting your money because you can't return it because it will cost you waymore than you paid for it!

My first recommendation would be to save your money and NOT order anything from this company. However, if you insist on ordering the sizing runs extremely small. I ordered extra large in 3 items. One was maybe a medium if I stretched it to its max, one was supposed to be "over-sized" and was, at best, a small, the last one fit but was just a square piece of cheap fake chiffon with a hole for the neck and the sides sewn together. I would call the credit card and cancel the order. Rotita is unreliable. Their clothing is terrible.

Idk? I have not used any other payment method other than PayPal. Umm they do take a while to process an order so it might be a couple of days or so, u should read their policy. You might be in for a ride!

Save your sanity. Your order will take forever, and there's little chance it will be right. They ripped me off, and I got absolutely no help from Paypal or my back. This place is getting rich and the only way to stop them is to stop ordering until they agree to put some customer service into play. Buy from someone else. There are lots of great retailers out there. Rotita is NOT one of them!
