Just tried to submit my trouble ticket & it is saying they can't track my order? I want my swimsuit or my money back! #W1604032345363850! If you believe in wishful thinking... keep doing it. We've all been duped by the photos and false descriptions. What you get is not even good enough to donate to Goodwill!

Why didn't you listen to us!? Please don't order from them ever again and spread the word! Even if you get your swimsuit, you will be highly disappointed

I filed a claim through PayPal then I 'escalated' the claim and was refunded in full within a couple hours. PayPal refunded me, not Rotita.

NOOOOOOOOOO DON'T DO IT! They are a complete waste of time & money. Paypal is no help when it comes to dealing with these types of Scammers!

Same thing happened to me. I paid for expedited shipping on May 8th and they took full payment from my account right away. I placed several "tickets" and never received a response. Today, April 22, i received noticed that something shipped from China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
